PRODUCTS

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size chart (measure chest, length, etc.). We suggest comparing with a shirt you already own. If you're in between sizes, consider how you like your fit (slim, relaxed, oversize).

Are your tees, hats, etc. printed or embroidered?

We use high-quality screen printing on Comfort Colors tees (for example) and premium materials on hats (such as the Richardson line) for daily wear and blinds.

How do I care for my gear so prints last?

To preserve prints and fabric:

  • Wash inside-out in cold water
  • Use gentle cycle
  • Avoid bleach and harsh detergents
  • Hang dry or tumble dry low
  • Do not iron directly over graphics

Do you restock sold-out designs?

Some designs are limited-run. When items sell out, they may not be reprinted. If restocks are planned, we’ll notify via newsletter or social media.

SHIPPING

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

At present, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Most orders go out within a few business days. During high-volume periods (holiday seasons, Black Friday, etc.) there may be delays — we’ll always try to keep you updated.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on your location, package size, and carrier. The final shipping price will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at orders@combatwaterfowl.com with your order number, photos (if damaged), and shipping details. We'll work with the carrier and get you a resolution (replacement or refund) where appropriate.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on items that are unwashed and undamaged. We offer store credit or a refund to your original payments method(no cash refunds) for qualifying returns. Combat Waterfowl

Do you accept exchanges?

No — we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or style, you’ll need to return the original and place a new order.

How do I initiate a return?

Log into your customer account, select “My Orders,” and click “Return Items.” Follow the steps to generate your return request through our self-return system.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or a defective product). In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid label.

When will I receive my store credit?

Once we receive and inspect your return (to confirm it’s unwashed, unworn, and in original condition), a refund to your original payment method or store credit will be issued to your account email within 5–7 business days.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ShopPay, and PayPal at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to get gear out fast. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at orders@combatwaterfowl.com ASAP, and we’ll see if we can make the change. Once it’s shipped, we can’t cancel — you’d have to return it following our Returns policy.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk ordering?

Yes — if you’re a retail store or want to purchase in bulk, email wholesale@combatwaterfowl.com to discuss pricing, terms, and catalog options.

Do you offer discounts for veterans, law enforcement, teachers, etc.?

Yes — we do offer a discount. Email orders@combatwaterfowl.com with proof (active credentials, pay stub, etc.), and we’ll issue you a promo code.

BRAND, COMMUNITY & LEGAL

What is your privacy policy / how do you protect my data?

We respect your privacy. We collect personal info when you shop (name, address, email, etc.), plus server/browser logs (IP, cookies). We never sell personally identifiable information. Combat Waterfowl

Can I use your designs or images?

No — our name, logo, graphics, and content are protected by copyright. You may not use them without explicit, prior written permission.

What security measures are in place on your site?

Our site uses SSL encryption to secure all transactions, including names, addresses, and credit card data.

Do you do donations or sponsorships?

We consider requests case by case. If you’d like to request a donation, sponsor a club or event, or partner with us, send the details to orders@combatwaterfowl.com for review.
